Kolzov plates – Application & Recommendations

In short: The Kolzov plate primarily serves to energetically structure aqueous solutions and harmonize the information field. Naturopaths, spiritual healers, and practitioners of alternative healing methods use the plates to promote natural order, balance, and regeneration.

Proper structuring of water

Drink several glasses of water daily that has been structured using a Kolzov plate. The recommended intake is approximately 30 ml per kg of body weight (excluding other beverages). The flowing water is structured immediately upon passing over the plate. Attach the plate to the shower faucet or shower head inside a plastic sleeve or universal box.

If a plate has a specific structuring time, this is stated in the product description (applies to water already in the container). Acceleration: Use the rapid column and create a clockwise vortex flow with a spoon. Note: The times differ for 5- and 8-element plates.

Energy work & Chakras

To increase effectiveness, many alternative therapists and spiritual healers recommend the regular activation of the energy centers (chakras). A simple bone harmonization exercise using two plates: Hold one plate under your left leg and the other in your right hand for 3–5 minutes; then switch sides. Additionally: Place one plate under your tailbone and the second on your neck/shoulder for 3–5 minutes; ideally, do this morning and evening.

Practice sessions and applications

Plates with Vedic energy channels have specific practice times (see individual descriptions). Work according to the recommendations or at your own pace. For skin problems, solutions, creams, and gels can be individually formulated before external application.

Jewelry, bracelets & device protection

• Wear Kolzov pendants as individual energy jewelry; remove them before bathing/showering.
• Stick the protective chip onto devices with radio signals (smartphone, router, baby monitor, etc.) – degrease the surface beforehand.
• Do not open or disassemble bracelets; remove before wearing in water. Water can penetrate a closed bracelet.

Use, care and durability

The Kolzov plate begins to work automatically as soon as you pick it up. For optimal results: drink structured water, activate your chakras, wear the plate on your body, cleanse yourself energetically by showering or bathing, and practice meditation/mindfulness. Avoid extreme temperature fluctuations – its lifespan is essentially limited by the material's durability.

Series overview

Blue Series (Nos. 1–8)

General harmonization and detoxification. In the morning, use Nos. 1, 3, and 4; in the afternoon, around 4–5 p.m., use No. 2. Apply No. 5 preferably to the upper right abdomen. Noticeable changes often occur after 3–4 weeks, and in cases of chronic conditions, after prolonged, continuous use. Note: Alcohol consumption can interrupt fat burning for 3–5 days.

Series “Blue” (Nos. 6–8) – Skin & Evening

No. 6: Prepare cleansing products (lotions, foams, scrubs).
No. 7: Prepare skincare products (creams, gels, masks).
No. 8: Prepare water/food for dinner and before going to bed; place the plate under the pillow.

Before reshaping, leave the lids of liquids open for at least 1 hour; thick/gel-like products are best left to stand overnight. Reshape cosmetics after traveling (train/plane).

Series “Green”, “Exclusive”, “Gold”

Green / Exclusive: Automatic start. Ideal in combination with structured water, chakra pumps, wearing on the body, showering/bathing, meditation, walks, sports.
Gold (Space Theurgy "MAYA"): Adaptive working method, individual duration from minutes to hours/day – depending on need. Activating gratitude is not required here.

Series "Purple" – Active & Passive

Active mode (frequently used by spiritual healers): Clearly formulate and visualize your goal and express gratitude. Activate the plate for 2 minutes between the 4th and 5th energy centers at a distance of 20–40 cm. Repeat the exercise for 30–40 days.
Passive mode for inner restlessness: Place one plate on the thymus process and one on the vertex (15–20 minutes).

"Elite" & "Collection" series

Automatic start; optimal results are achieved through a combination of water, chakra work, wearing, and showering/bathing. Each plate requires a specific water structuring time (in a container; immediately in running water). The "Elite" plate opens automatically; no gratitude energy is required.
